A second person has died in Washington state and New York reported its first patient as the coronavirus continued its tenacious march across the U.S. on Monday. The global death count rose above 3,000, and the number of confirmed cases rose to almost 90,000. In the U.S., two deaths and more than 80 cases have been reported.
