Gov. Cuomo ripped into the Trump administration Monday for refusing to renew $8 billion in health care waivers. The governor said the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ decision to discontinue the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program is part of a pattern of “hostilities” against New York for being blue.
