Attaining cohesion to bolster outcomes of diverse patients was a chief concern among 50 executives charged with directing population health efforts, who participated in the HealthLeaders Media Population Health Exchange, held July 10–12 at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The high-level dialogue involved a diverse group of executives tasked with moving population health forward, including chief medical officers, chief information officers, chief medical information officers, chief quality officers, vice presidents of population health, chief nursing officers, and others.
